Together, we’ve conquered countless miles through running and cycling, completing five full marathons, over 89 half marathons, enduring long-distance century rides, team triathlons, and much more. Confronting challenges head-on, we’ve embraced a lifestyle of triumph through sports, recreation, and holistic well-being. Greetings!  I would like to introduce myself. I am an author,  speaker  and endurance athlete thriving with epilepsy. As a C5 incomplete quad I’m here to remind  each of you that anything is possible. I’m inspired by impact driven leaders and a student of everything holistic .My passion is rooted in my second chance at life, overcoming paralysis against a 1% chance to walk. I believe everyone can make a difference and am deeply passionate about the exceptional needs community, advocating for adaptive sports.
